On 11-17-2011 I order a bid package for $69.00 fro 115 bids. On 11-22-11 I submitted a complaint into DealFun because I was bidding on an item and appeared to win the bid when suddenly it awarded to someone else. I got a lame response saying it was my internet connections. I proceeded to bid an won one item on and bought the other both on 11-26-11. The bid I won cost me $.55 and the other one I paid for cost $32.00. I have yet to receive my items and when I contact customer service they say up to 20 days, it is past that time. Today when I attempted to track my shippment now the EC FirstClass tracking company (which I believe to be bogus) says it has no record of my shipment!! I have all my documentation via saved e-mails. I am going to contact my VISA company next.
