Was told that I would receive a packet with information on this service with a phone number to cancel during a trail membership period. Never received any package of the program and had no number to call. Checked my bank account and saw I was charged $29.95 and my bank had a phone number posted with it. So, I called the number. They are closed, only open M-F (CST). Tried calling, but no one answers. No product received and they are still charging me? Went to their website and filled out a cancel membership form and submitted it. If they charge me again, I will consult an attorney.
