I was looking for a pair of Tory Burch boots. I found the Brand shoes mall website. They had them in stock. I asked if they wound be delivered by Christmas, they informed me they were in stock and would be shipped asap. I received a e-mail on 11/26 saying the order had been shipped. The e-mail also said "No tracking numbers assigned to your order yet". I have written several e-mails with no response.

Hello Cynthia on your complaint page you are the only one...but I found another two complaints against this company plus one from me...on another page..so there are four of us now...
Is there a way to get your complaint listed with ours???weight of numbers etc etc...
