right away upon seeing the foreign customer service number, i knew i had gotten into a jam.money was withdrawn from my bank account and than i waited patiently for an email from the company regarding the whereabouts of my purchase.its now 12/17/11 and im still waiting.tried to contact the website and they only have available email, no direct number.ive sent the numerous emails and have yet to recieve at least one from them.STAY AWAY from this website, ive learned the hard way.if you want a particular jersey,just go straight to nfl.com and SAFELY order from them.hope this story has a happy ending and ill receive my purchase, but until now,it seems that its turned into a nightmare!

- I experienced the same thing my 84.99 was withdrawn from my account Dec 5 and have yet to receive my Jersey as of Dec 27. Have you ever received yours? Should I count this money as lost? Help this has never happened to me before.

- and as of dec.27th 2011 my friend, i still have yet to recieve my purchase...but last week, i was contacted numerous times by the company and was told that my shipment was in fact shipped and they even were so generous as to take off a whopping $5.00 off my purchase for my inconvenience...ill keep u updated n wonder if ill ever recieve my jersey!

- well glad 2 c u received your purchase, but unfortunately i havent gotten mine. in fact i havent heard from the company this whole week, after numerous emails they sent the week b4...this company is indeed a scam n soon they will b out of business...take care n happy new year

- I ordered a jersey from this site too. I FINALLY got the thing in the mail only to find out the jersey number was WRONG!!! Of course there is no paperwork with the package so I can't return or exchange it. And the only number they provide so straight to a recording of someone I can guarantee will never call me back. I did finally get someone to email me back and they said it was my fault. Apparently I flew to China and stitched this particular jersey up with the wrong number and then ordered that exact jersey online and had it shipped to my house months after I ordered it. Yeah, that sounds more believable than some scamming company messing it up. WTH?!
