Like soooo many here, and on other sites, I have the same compplaint. I sent my Rolex for them to sell. They received my watch on 3/11/11. They were soooo nice...until they received my watch. Then nothing. After MANY calls (never a return call back), I finally, after threatening legal action, get an email at 10:30 PM.....what company is open at 10:30pm on a Friday night? They claim they are working with the FA office of Consumer Affairs, and I must wait until Nov 20, 2012 to get paid? Total of 20 monthsto get paid froom the day they got my watch? Legal action is the only way. I don't believe they are working with the GA Consumer Affairs people.
