I didn't fall for their official looking letter. This is like the 3rd one of this type that we have received since opening our small home business. We have no employees. I sent the last one to the local police where the mail drop was in Sacramento and they referred my complaint to Captain Moonbeam, the Attorney General at the time. No action was taken and all I got was a generic letter. This time I am hoping that the Los Angeles District Attorney will take some action.

- http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/labor-commissioner-addresses-misleading-business-solicitations-from-the-california-labor-compliance-bureau-133271273.html This is a link to the press release about this company from the California Labor Commissioner confirming that it is a scam and all documents needed by any business can be downloaded for FREE from the state. You don't need to pay $275. I just filed a complaint with the CA Attorney General, the LA District Attorney, and the Post Office Inspector General Fraud Department. You too can file a complaint. Enough complaints and maybe somebody will do something.
