I too have a problem with this company. I ordered a coast dress 'perla' and paid £80.00......a dress has arrived which bears no resemblence to the one I ordered and the quality is cheap and nasty. They've had the cheek to label it a Karen Millen dress but it's clearly a poor copy.
Cab't get hold of anyone from this company - I've tried emailing and calling and there is no return address on the paperwork.
Hope they get struck off - robbing people of hard earned cash is not acceptable!! -
