On 07/04/11 I visited zbiddy website to look. Within minutes i received an email stating I had bought a $60.00 package for bidding. I then received another email congratulating me on buying a $480.00 package. I immediately contacted zibiddy and informed them that things were moving to fast and I wished to cancel all transactions. Z biddy agreed to do so. I received an email stating they were refunding my money on 07/04/11. My bank shows that not only did they not refund my money but withdrew $420.00 and $ 60.00 on 07/05/11. Right now I'm getting all my documentation together and my bank says they will help me out. I failed to mention that zbiddy also gave me a reference number about this incident but when I called back they were saying they had no record of me.

That's absolutely ridiculous. A website can't charge you for "looking" at it. Merely browsing a website does not provide them with your credit card information. You have to consent to making a purchase. Which is what you did. And now you're lying about it. Anyone can go to Zbiddy.com and see that that the purchase of a bid package is part of the registration process. They ask for your credit card number and tell you how much you're being charged. It's horribly dishonest to say you merely "looking" around on their site and got hit with charges. And it's insulting to the intelligence of anyone who might read this.
