I received a call from a supposed Kevin Jackson talking of the express platinum card, I asked if this is from a catalog and he told me no, it's like any other credit card, but that this would help build up credit rating. He explained there will be a processing fee of $99 and he relayed my bank information along with last 4 of my social security and address.
