Last year in November I signed up for a "free" trial of some diet pill, which I never received. A couple months later I noticed a charge to my account, which I googled, and traced it back to the direct marketing "company" that scammed me with the diet pills. Over the past several months I have received a few more charges. I finally had my card cancelled to prevent this from happening again but they managed to slide another charge in on the exact same day that I cancelled my card due to the previous false charge a week before!! Fortunately, my bank has been able to remove the bogus charges and give me my money back. I have seen these charges show up under several descriptions: MYPPHELP.COM, MEDCHELP.COM, KMASSIST.COM (different amount though) and they always have an International Service Fee (from my bank at least) of $1.50 attached to it. I read somewhere that this is actually a shell company located in Australia, hence the Int'l Service Fee. In total they have tried to take more than a few hundred dollars from me!! If this has happened to you be sure to cancel your card so they can't take any more money - they are sneaky, they will wait a few months for you to forget and then BAM, hit you up with another one. And always monitor your bank account and watch out for these scammers!!

  • Same happened to me. From an analysis of my bank statements, it appears that an outfit called called ZKASSIST scammed me in January for $35. Stupidly, I didn't notice at the time. BIDROYALHELP then scammed me in June for $69.95. Then MYPPHELP.COM scammed me this July for $49.94 twice. I have now cancelled the card as per Alexis recommendation. We were wondering whether the American Airlines site had been hacked or maybe one of those rogue free trial sites had obtained some details e.g. Bright White (teeth whitening), that tried to scam me for products I did not receive last year.
