I got an email stating I'm a winner from Cheveron and Texeco lotteries. ( I kept all the correspondent letters that I saved) then they stated that I would have to open a non-member account to transfer my winnings and it would cost $335.00 and fees to activate the account and to send it to a Sonia Flame who is another dept. as soon as they get confirmation I would be able transfer monies from that account. However when I sent the monies I did get an account however I needed a C.O.T. code and needed to send $3500.00. I demanded my refund and best wishes to the next winner. When I continued to try and get my refund, the bank stated they will help me out and they would settle for 50 % off. I demanded my refund and I will sign papers to decline my winnings. I now send emails and they get sent back to my mailbox showing that some went wrong. I tried several times and got the same results. So now I've been scammed. Can you help me retrieve my refund?
