I RESPONDED TO A FACEBOOK AD FOR A FREE SAMPLE OF ANTI AGE CREAM ON 13TH NOVEMBER 2011. THE COST OF P & P WAS £2.97. I PAID FOR THIS AMOUNT USING MY BANK CARD BUT I WAS HORRIFIED TO RECEIVE MY BANK STATEMENT TODAY TO DISCOVER THAT THE COMPANY HAVE TAKEN AN EXTRA £79.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY.
