I need help locating Robert Heath. He flat lied to me and my wife, caused us to waste two days on a wild goose chase, and he owes us $ 450.00. Any information sent to us will be kept confidential. I can be reached at (Personal Info Removed) or by email at (Personal Info Removed)


The man I am looking for is about six feet tall, about 350 lbs (displays a "plumber's crack", and has trouble keeping his britches up), he has brownish hair, very bad teeth, smokes Pall Mall red pack, dips Copenhagen, has a tatoo on his upp...er left arm with "Rob" and a piece of something like barbed wire underneath it. He apparently hangs around truck stops, claims to be a truck driver and owner of a trucking company with a hard luck story and scams people out of rides AND money. **IF** any one can send us a picture of him and/or help us find him, I would be very grateful, as I'm pretty sure we're not his first victims. But, I'd sure like to see him and the scam he is running come to a halt, and be his last victim. The following is a chronology of our experience with this con artist

About 130 PM Monday, July 11, 2011. We received a call from a pilot car friend and associate who had been contacted by a man in Jackson, MS, who said he needed a pilot car operator to escort an oversize load.

About 2 PM Monday, July 11, 2011. We called the number (276-243-6085) of the man needing a pilot car operator, and left a message on his voice mail.

About 205 PM Monday July 11, 2011. We received a call from a person alledging and identifying himself as Robert Heath, owner of R & J Transportation, who gave his company's address as being: 2215 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Greenwood, MS 38930, who said he had blown the engine in the truck he was driving, and needed to be picked up at the Petro Truck Stop off Galatin Street in Jackson, MS and taken to the Petro Truck Stop on I-40 in West Memphis, AR to pick up a truck and the load of one of his driver's who had died the day before, and deliver that load to Laredo, TX. He contracted our services to drive him from Jackson, MS to West Memphis, Arkansas, to be paid on arrival at West Memphis, AR and to escort his oversize load from West Memphis, AR to Laredo, TX, to be paid on arrival at Laredo, TX. Plus, he agreed to pay our over night (motel) costs.

About 330 PM Monday, July 11, 2011 we picked "Robert" up, and drove him to the Petro Truck Stop on I-40 in West Memphis, Arkansas.He told us that his step daughter "Rose" and her low life boy friend helped him run his trucking company, and that she would be loading our money onto a credit card within an hour or so of our arrival at West Memphis, AR. After numerous excuses and delays, giving him money, driving him around and feeding him, Robert told us he would call us when the money was loaded onto the Master Card. However, we never received such a call.

The next morning (Tuesday, July 12, 2011) after making a couple trips over into downtown Memphis supposedly checking on the delivery of a trailer, which we never saw either, Robert told us that due to repairs being done on his red Peterbuilt at the Petro Truck Stop in West Memphis, as well as waiting on permits, we would have to stay another night in West Memphis, and that it would be Wednesday, July 13, 2011 before we would be able to leave for Laredo, TX. Later in the day, he told us that his mother had died, and that he may not be making the run to Laredo, TX after all, but that we would definitely be paid.

On Tuesday afternoon, July 12, 2011 I presented our invoice for the $ 450.86 he owes us, to get his signature. By this time I realized we had been scammed. At any rate, I asked for his truck number, and to see his Driver's License. He said his truck is 97371. However, he could not produce a Driver's License. He stated that he had not gotten a Mississippi Driver's License yet, but that his Virginia Driver's License Number is 219788230. Robert signed our invoice right below where I wrote his (phantom) truck # and his (bogus) Virginia DL #.

About 11 AM Wednesday, July 13, 2011 we left West Memphis, Arkansas, and drove back to our home in Bogue Chitto, MS.

About 11 AM Friday, July 15, 2011 I called "Robert". And, much to my surprise, he answered the phone. I told him that he ought to be ashamed of himself for what he is doing. He gave me a good cussing and hung up on me. I called him back, and left a message on his phone that he needed to find an altar of repentance and pray that God doesn't strike him dead for what he is doing to people, and that his mother hadn't just died, and that he was a just a "lying stack of hooey".

About 11:15 AM Friday, July 15, 2011 "Robert" left a message on my phone that his name wasn't really Robert, and that I didn't know what his real name was, and he had reported me to the police .... and a whole bunch of other stuff. Sooo, **IF** there is anyone who knows anything about this man who would be willing to help me in any way, I would be very grateful because it has done gone BEYOND the $ 450.00 he owes us. I'd like to see him ... and his scam ... come to a grinding halt, immediately if not sooner. I need a picture of him, any pertinent information as to his true identity, his address, etc. Otherwise, I may have to just continue to just search him ... and recruit the help of others to search for him .... at truck stops across the country until he is found. Bobby G. Richardson It will be your LAST mistake. I'm loaded and ready. And, I have some connections among "one percenters" too, horsefly. So, let's get it on. The sooner the better as far as I'm concerned.
