My 18 year old son order what he thought was authentic set of Monster Beats by Dre over the ear headphones. He received the wrong color and they didnt work. When he email his contact Anny he was given a long story about how much it would cost for him to send them back. Costing 28.00 when you return and sometimes more. Then when they sent the right ones he would have to pay the shipping fee to get them back also. She stated this is not economic for you and so she thinks he should use those shipping fees to order another set and theyou would give him a 15% discount. We are still fighting this battle.
