I placed an order with the above company on 30th November, 2011. The order was for a pair of UGG boots for my daughters christmas present. When making payment of $87.99 it was pay to www.fashipnpay.com for a company called Beauty Room Clothing Company. I was expecting delivery withing 5-7 days but as yet have not received the order. I have contacted www.fashionpay.com but have not yet received a reply. Not sure what the next step should be. Should I contact the police?

Goods now received, so not a scam. Arrived 3 weeks late and quality is poor - FAKE UGGS!

- what i did deborah was inform http://www.actionfraud.org.uk/ and whois.com and also contacted my bank, but bank said cant do nothing until 30 days if not received my goods. So get in touch with actionfraud with all the information, the more people that complain about them the quicker they can shut them down.
