I ordered 15 prints from Canvasdiscount and had the same experience as others. I have tried contacting them to see when my prints would ship and still have not received an answer. My email too, came back as undeliverable. I sent to both Bestcanvas and Canvasdiscount - as they have 2 sites. Bestcanvas email did send an auto response they would handle within 48 hrs. Their website says they will ship 48 hours after payment. My card has been charged. Calling gets a busy signal or a request for an access code.
I have disputed the charge on my card - which anyone can do - so you should not have to pay if you did not receive the goods. Almost all credit cards allow that.
