An asia descent person call me on my cell phone asking for my home address, city, state, DOB, home number offering a $7000 us grant to pay off education, medical , bills home repairs. Then they told me to call 202 559-7624 I requested a website, email address, physical address then thaey told me they were in Washington , Dc and couldnt give the address out. Then they hung up the phone. They called me on 12/13/11, 12/14/11, 12/12/11. the number showed up unavailable on my caller id on cell phone. They gave the folowing government grant # em751, am751
