I was a victim of false advertisement by this company. I talked to a man about recieving a credit card, and i agreed to make a payment. But i did not agree for them to take it out, and overdraft my bank account. I also have not gotten a chance to hear the recorded conversation. They also took $99. out of my account. Then they said it would take 5-7 business days. This was on november 29th. It is December 14th. All i recieved was an online card number, and some mickey mouse website, with over priced products on it. Where is the paper work? Why did they access my bank routing number without my permission? I am extremely frustated. I have been on the phone waiting to some stupid elevator music for 5 hours now. I have missed a class already.
