I registered on bid rack's website. The site says signing up is free, but later on I realized they had charged my Visa card $60.00. Their website is misleading; it says registration is free. I clicked on a button that says start bidding, but nowhere did I agree to pay a $60.00 fee. I did purchase around $5.00 worth of bids and "won" 3 minor auctions days ago and have not received any of the merchandise; this is breach of promise because the website says that merchandise is shipped within 72 hours. I would like the total amount charged to my visa refunded. Therefore, $80.16 should be credited to my visa for the unauthorized registration fee, the few bids I did purchase, and the merchandise that was never shipped. The fees are charged under the name of Nomorerack. I see scam book has filed a class auction suit filed againstBidrsck/Nomorerack. Thankful.
