Bought a customized Jersey on December 1st for $120. Never received it. My card was charged on the 5th by http://www.qianfatrade.com/, a Chinese Cloth Line. There is no number to contact. I tried emailing them and received no response. The website was just recently launched in the fall. Don't buy anything off of this website! I wish I could get my money back.

- Have you called your bank yet. I bank with chase and they have submitted a fraud case. Was told that more likely than not will get a full refund of the amount charged even though I made the purchase. For the fact I did not receive the item I was paying for. Hope you get your money back.

- Hey!, thank you for your advice. I called my bank right away. They are sending me a form that I have to sign and send back -- and then eventually they said I should get refunded! Thanks again... still fill like a fool!, but at least I have the hope of getting my money back now. :)

- Diana, Have you heard anything about your jersey yet or your bank? I recently bought from them on the 8th and nothing yet.. just an email after i submitted my payment and no tracking number either.. I'm in a blind spot too. I knew something was fishy with this website nflfansproshop.com.. I've also looked at other websites too and found there were at least 3-4 websites that was the same but different domain name.. fannflshop.com... There was another post on here, saying they gotten theirs so I'm not really sure...

- Jason I order the jersey on Dec 8 have heard nothing from them and have not gotten any jersey. As far as the bank goes I bank with chase and they had my money back in my account within 24 hours of reporting the fraud. Hope you get your money soon.

Hey Diana, I still haven't gotten it yet :( I ordered mine on the 8th that costed $122, and I've sent them numerous emails and no responce! I haven't yet contacted the website that charged my account (qianfatrade.com) because no matter how many emails you send them they will not respond...Let me know when you get your or even that an update...
