After placing an order on the item they say you have to pay by western union in order to have your item shipped faster. After paying by western union they tell you that the item has been placed in customs and they need additional money in order to get it out of customs. You try to get a refund for your money but they tell you that you still need to pay that extra $100 or so in order to get it out of customs.
