This person is a scammer attempting to purchase products online with fake paypal emails saying they have transferred the money. They are based in Malaysia. She says she is an Oceonographer wanting to purchase for her daughter and can only use paypal as she has been scammed before. She says she wants her pickup agent to pick the item up and arrange postage. In order to do that she wants you to lend her or transfer $400.00 to western union. These are the details she provided: Saajid Noori is the pick up agent. I suspected her days ago and accused her and she has just comfirmed it.
