I ordered some nike air Jordans from this website called http://www.nikeairjordanfree.com <--- i know im stupid for falling for this. anyways, when i realized i had just ordered something from a false website, i sent them and email asap because they didnt have a phone number on their website. they did have a return policy but i checked my credit card bill and it said i had been charged $90.64 from this place called WINBLAOVES S.A.R.L SHANGHAI and i dont know what to do to get my money back.

- Me too! I ordered three pairs of Oakleys sunglasses with hard cases from an apparent UK website, then once I realised it was probably dodgy, I emailed to cancel the transaction (there was no returns policy, no phone number, no list of statutory rights on the website...). I received no confirmation of transaction, no confirmation of cancellation, and an amount not corresponding even to the transaction amount was taken from my account! Since then, two (not three and minus the cases) pairs of nondescript (certainly not the Oakleys I had ordered!) cheap sunglasses turned up at my parents' house. Unfortunately, they had forgotten not to sign for them as it was around Christmas and they were receiving lots of mail orders. I have begun a dispute claim with my bank but it is a case of proving that what I have been sent does not match item description. How are you getting on? Any help gratefully received.
