I like many others applied for a visa credit card from flexcard program in november and i still have not gotten my card. i have emailed and called and they told me the card was in transit. That was a week and a half ago. I have been waiting since novermber to get my card. Now i call and get a recording saying the phone is being updated because of so many calls and emails. the phone would not be in service from december 12 through december 16. i even sent them a email asking them if they were really scamming people because i had read the complaints and so far i haven't gotten a reply. if you send them a email asking them about the status of your card, you get the same email over and over again. it is like they have a email that is sent out to everyone that reads the same with no new information.
