Purchases a new phone early Nov, upon receiving my monthly bill for Dec, there was a charge $9.99 + tax of 82 cents. Togobuzz infor alts. Did not order this, nor do I even know what the hell it does.
I do not even understand how At&t allowed this to be billed to my account. I will be calling them for a full refund.
