Sent in Gold & Silver in Early August 2011, contacted them in Sept. 2011 after receiving nothing, at that time was told I would receive a check within 8 weeks of them receiving the packet making payment due to me by mid-Oct. its now Dec. 13th and they do not have a Ph# any longer and will not respond to emails and we've received nothing. I've requested repeatedly they either mail check or return items with ZERO response.
