Agreed to try a sample of skincare products since then £74.95 taken on 6/10/2011 £79.99 taken on 21/10/2011 £74.95 taken on 27/10/2011 £79.99 taken on 9/11/2011 £74.95 taken on 25/11/2011 £79.99 taken on 9/12/2011 I am currently pain so have not recieved any other products except the so called free samples my bank say I cannot stop the payments that they take but that they will raise a dispute with the company. The only other thing they could offer was to cancell my card but I am here untill March and need it to get cash from my account untill then if they continue to take money from my account at this rate by the time I get back to UK they will have taken more than £1200. Thanks to you I now have a contact number and will contact them later today I will keep you posted with developments.

- Hi :) I am sorry but I also did the same thing ordered the trial. but part of this trial is you are actually signing up for further products if we had of read terms and condition's which states what the free is, I also had money debited from my account , I also got in contact via the international call centre in Australia, which told me we needed to add 11000 to the number , and I was able to contact this company , it is a very clever marking , but the only scam is has been our own , not checking the fine print , but in hind sihgt I was also furious, but I since recived my products and I am happy to say it does what it says it will. I also e mailed the company and suggested they update their site to include all numbers for overseas , which is also a issue when you can't find contact number.and to also make it clear to people applying for free trail that they read terms and conditions of the free trial ,all this heart ache could be avoided, Don.t worried I have also posted on this sight as I was in same boat, credit card deduction of $150 which I didnt authorise , but unwittingly I had , same old story with shopping on line make sure you know what you are buying , cheers and good luck,
