A window popped up and said my computer was filled with viruses. It wiped out my desktop and froze my computer.In order to fix the problem it stated I had to purchase an antivirus protector. When I checked my credit card account I was charged $82. from a company called CODECSUPPORT.COM P. There is no way to contact them. This is a scam. I used another code from a virus protection company and my computer was cleared up.
