I was charged the following on my credit card by ask-zinga.com and I didn't authorize the charges.
Date: 12/20/2011 AMOUNT: $2.34
Date: 12/20/2011 AMOUNT: $1.00
Date: 12/28/2011 AMOUNT: $99.99
TOTAL $103.33
I phoned Ask-zinga.com at 1-800-762-2350 and was able to get in contact with a customer service rep and the rep told me he couldn't find the transaction. I have the copy of the credit card statement in front of me right now and it clearly shows the charges were made to my credit card. The customer service rep told me to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed. I did so and I will learn it two days if the reversal of the charges took place. I suggest to anyone who buys from Ask-Zinga.com to always use a credit card as you won't get any help from Ask-Zinga.com to resolve any disputes whether it be for poorly running games one purchased or for unauthorized charges on ones credit card. Were it not for the credit card companies we would all be stuck with charges we didn't authorize and pay for something that is faulty with no possibility of resolving a dispute directly with Ask-Zinga.com. Buyer beware. -
