I applied for the Flex Card Visa and they approved me for a $1500.00 credit limit as long as I paid $69.95 fee. I paid the fee. Then I was sent an email about 2 week later that told me that their was a delay sending out my card and that it would arrive in the mail between Dec 1 - Dec 6th, 2011. They stated in the email that they would refund my $69.95 for the inconveinence once I activated my card. Then I got another email asking me for my banking information to send the refund back. This is complete fraud. They wont answer the phone, and it never rings, its always busy. I am going to turn them into the Attorney General's Office in the State of Texas.
