I applied for the FlexCard and was accepted but I had to pay a $69.00 application fee. I called them when I did not receive the card and was told it would be in my mailbox 12/2-12/6. Today is 12/12/2011 and I still do not have it. I tried to call them and got a bogus message they are updating their phone service and no calls can be accepted. I want my $69.00 returned plus interest for aggravation. I will contact the Attorney General"s office and the media and whoever else I can contact about this scam. chrly
