We were charged for a texting service we did not sign up for. The company is stating I filled out a survey and signed up then. This is false. They would not refund any money to my cell phone company. It was obvious that they are reading from a paper in response to all questions and are giving a fake corporate address. I have reported them to the FCC. If you are having a problem with this company please report them. The FCC has an online form to fill out.
