they charged me £59.99 FOR A PREMIUM ACCOUNT HOLDER THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR OR WANT. I ALSO CHALLENGED A CHAT HOST ABOUT HOW COME I DIDN'T WIN A PRODUCT WHEN I CLEARLY HAD WON, SHE BASICALLY SAID THERE COMPUTER FREQUENTLY LOSES CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET SO THAT IT RESETS ITSELF AS TO THE REQUIRED TIME OF THE AUCTION. I SAVED THE CHAT ON MY COMPUTER,I E-MAILKED ZIINGA TO COMPLAIN BUT SO FAR HAVEN'T HAD A RESPONSE.
