I signed up for this and realized that i would have to sit on the computer for hours to try and bid and win and I just don't have the time to do that. I noticed a lot of other complaints about this website but i have to say I called the customer service for this company and told them I wanted a refund and that it wasn't what I expected it to be and the lady I spoke to was very help full and they gave me the refund with no problem. Just an fyi for those out there who have had problems with them
