i applied for an unsecured line of credit throught the flexcard visa program and was approved for $1000 initially after i authorised a payment of $69. i agreed and was sent to another page that gave me the option of receiving another $1000 dollars for an additional $29 dollars and i also agreed to that. After about a week and a half I received an email saying that due to overwhelming demand my card had been delayed and i could opt not to wait and receive my $69 dollars back{nothing was said about the additional $29} pr I could wqait and i would receive my card vbetween Dec 1st and 6th but nothing came. I have yet to be able to reach them by [hone and my email tp them was sent back saying undeliverable. it is now dec 11th and no card. I was de[ending on that source of backup money and they have completely failed to deliver.
