I have written before having been caught out by this scam. I have now cancelled any further deliveries via telephone using an automated system. I have also emailed confirming my cancellation so it will be interesting to see what happens in December. However, my reason for writing is that having looked at their ad again, I realised that the trial sample I was to have received was 'instant wrinkle remover' as clearly marked on the sample bottle on the advert. What I received as a sample, and since, has just been 'Anti-Wrinkle Serum', not the same wording at all. This leads me to believe that the product sent is just supposed to help soften wrinkles over a period of time, whereas I had expected to receive an item with immediate tightening effect. If there is a lawyer reading these reports, does the fact that we did not receive item advertised help in our case to get our monies back, regardless of the wording in the small print because they have not kept to their side of the bargain by sending a different product?
