I ordered a Sharp 60" tv online and received a call from a company salesman that the model I wanted was discontinued and he had a better and newer model with more features so I agreed to make the switch. When I received the set I was unable to go through the setup because the remote and menu buttons were locked out. I called Sharp because if anything is wrong you have to call them instead of the place where it was purchased. When I gave the Sharp representative the serial number I was told the set I purchased was sold to another person back in August. They had a problem with it and had it fixed and then traded it in on another set. The rep gave me a case number and said the set was only warranted for 30 days and that I should call the place where I purchased it and complain if I didn't want the set. I was never told it was a used and refurbished set. I called to complain and a salesman from Hudsonpixels.com said they would send me another set within 5 days. I attempted to contact the person that sold me the set but he's either away from his desk or too busy to take my call. So.......I'm put on hold. Right now I have no idea if the new set is being delivered to me or not? I called to cancel the order but I can't get through without being put on hold. My next step is to call my credit card company and see if they can get any of my money back.
