My Friend L.Mooring ask his friend Alex to refer him to a previous employer mechanic Raul Khan to fix my car. I had some medical emergency to deal with at the time. I was very sick and needed help in dealing with this foreign car mechanic located at that time on Frankford Avenue in city of Baltimore.The car would not start , he told us it would only be a totla cost of $500.00 in Cash. The cash was taken to the mechanic Raul Khn who reuse to give L.Mooring a receipt for the rt in the court of law.epair of my ca. He cll the neighborhood Police to make the complaint. The officer told him that he would have to file it in the court of law.About couple of weeks later we went to checkon the car, The vehicle was being moved without our permission from Frankford to Belair Road to another shop. Then,one day we went to check on the car had been vandalized located on Frankford Road which is also a Shell gas station. He never even tried to call us in regards to the damages nor give us an inventory report about the conditions , cost of the repairs that was agreed. We notice one of my tags were missing, lods of garbage on the back seat, window crack,door dent and other scratches on the car. He refuse to give us the name of the insurance company. He claim that he would reapir all the damages to my car. we reported the missing tags to the MVA office.hereafter; we were riding down Frankford looking for my car. The representative Mr. Chad told me that a man by the name of Raul Khan was trying to obtain my title to the car.We immediately began searching for the car ,while sitting at the light all of sudden a woman drove past us driving my car. We tried to follow her but the light caught us and let her get away. The MVA representative told us that the car was listed for sale in Howard County. We immediately filed a small lawsuit against Raul Khan for theft punitive damages in District court. we sent Raul Khan a out of court Settlement Letters that he refuse to answer.We went to district court for the trial. My witness pick me up to go to court but for some strange reason nobody was in their but us.The, a black female judge came in the courto change court rooms.t room. However a court clerk interced and told us change courtrooms. Then here comes Raul Khan alone with no paperwork or attorney in the court rrom looking very confident. Next, a white male judge came in the ccour room. He didn't allow me to present none of the evidence nor took in account the charges of theft ruin my creditbility withems Nuvell Financial credit report systems and punitive damages. the judge 'Order Raul Khan to return m vehicle with no Penalty to face if, he disobey the court judges order. we had discovered that he falsified a Mechanic Lien . i had never receive it nor any type of business documents in regards to my car from in the mail. He had the audacity Agreed with the judge's order as if he was innocent but not fulfill it. He tried to offer me on the phone a junk car before going to court. We know that this judge was paid to let him walk. When we were move to another court room. Also when Raul Khan came in the court room who could barely speak English with no documents Mechanic Lien, Lawyer to defend his rights.The reason it has taken me so long in dealing with this criminal case. I had both of my parents death and a major brain tumor operations to remove a benign tumor above my left eye that had caused some financial hardship and major injuries vision impairment, other injury that caused me to be disabled placed on social security disability.
