I ordered Ugg Classic Boots for my daughter on 12/01/2011 and the charge was $99.00. I never received a confirmation of the order but received the confirmation of payment from [email protected] on 12/1/2011. I have e-mailed this address and the reply I received was in Chinese or Japanese. I tried to access the website and cannot. I want to cancel but I can't seem to find where. It has been posted on our Visa already.
