Second promised of a refund within a structured time frame was not identified on the invoice emailed also the proposed amount of hosting cost had conflicting issues in price verbally agreed upon than cost identified on invoice receipt.

- In response to the above anonymous statement of dissatisfaction, please call me @ 1-888-477-4521 ext. 541 to resolve any outstanding issues. We work vigorously to satisfy our clients to the fullest extent. Mistakes do happen and if brought to our attention we look at it as an opportunity to better our service, company and client performance.
