Paid for online purchase - £4.95 for teeth whitener +£7.95 for u/v light by debit card on 9th Nov. '11 unauthorised debit listed to Cyc* Britensure on bank statement received today for £69.95 on 24th Nov. '11.

Update: 10/26/2012

Barclays Bank insisted ''you ordered something for free and you should know nothing is FREE, further payment cacellation,will take 31 days to come into effect'' another £69.95 was paid but Barclays deny any responsibility. No redress to date!
