I tried to order 2 pairs of UGG boots off of ebay.com, but the site ebay2store.com popped up with a cheap price, so I ordered straight from them. I enterd information in English and when I went to submit the order the screen flashed to Chinese language and note "oreder confirmed". Within 5 minutes Chase Visa called me to notify me of an unusual transaction on my card. I advise what happened and they told me I was not responsible for those charges. The site I ordered from is no longer available. They sent me a fake confirmation email. I recieved the boots yesterday and they were not what I ordered, and they are from Shanghai Yu Shi Li Trading Company but there is no return address to return what appears to be damaged possibly slighlty used UGG boots. The average size box was damaged and both pairs were crammed in it. I would have mailed product back if i had an email address. Thank you to Chase for helping me with this situation.
