I ordered two items one month ago and i didn´t received nothing yet. i´m constantly sending emails to them and they don´t answer except once. they said that the items had some problems in the customs and I should wait 10 days more. those 10 days end in 12th december and the ship state of my items in their site still pending. I would like to know if there´s any chance go get my money back or do a complait to some organization of client´s rights.

- hello , im in the same situation as you they said they were a problem with the customs so im going to try phoning them up have your items came yet and how do they get all of them tracking numbers

I doubt that you will get an answer or an explanation for what happenned. If you can talk to them you´re a lucky guy but I wish that you talk to them and get an answer. I will be grateful if you tell me how it was after your conversation with them.

I ordered one Samnsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 and a an Apple Apple MacBook Pro MC723LL/A 15.4". I didn´t received noyhing yet and I´m not hopping that will receive, I just want my money back and take the site proudsale.com and other associated down because there are many people loose their money like we lost. I do a complaint to portuguese consumer rights named "DECO" but they told me that they can´t do anything.

- I was also nearly scumed by proudsale. But i was carrefull because there was no buyers rewies about items they "bought", there was no one never online live etc. I was send them message about some product and i got e-mail about how i should trust them because of our long term cooperation etc.. Im lucky that im buying from another chinese site which is very onest and good so i smell something on proudsale is misssing, as i sad there was nobady live online never, and there was no product rewies from buyers. Im sorry for you but in the future be more carefull.

- I have been researching about this site since about November 2011 and haven't been able to get a response from e-mailing them 4 times and nobody is ever on the live chat so I had been very skeptical. Tomasek what site have you found instead of proudsale I'm very interested in finding one somebody had actually found to get a legitimate one.

- they block people on skype and other chats, you can find them online by creating new ID on skype or mail, and then add them there. They scam you like this, many chinese companies are ill trading like this.
