Does anyone in cgbilling.com reply to their customer service emails?
I joined a music website mp3download-net.com (money recieved by cgbilling.com)only to find that they're asking me to download a totally free programme from bearshare. In actual fact all there movie downloads etc are from free websites too. My broadband company has introduced a banning on all peer to peer file sharing hence why i thought i was paying for music legally. This programme and site is of no use to me and im demanding a refund. I've sent 4 emails and not one single reply, just an automated message with a number. Tried calling and the number given on site is unavailable! I can't believe a company is allowed to charge people for music and encouraging them to download illegally from another site. I'm now left with a very upset child at christmas because her mp3 player will just be an ornament. Give me my money back cgbilling so i can pay for my music legally!! And reply to your emails!
Update: 12/09/2011
Supposed to be refunding my card withing 10 to 12 working days. We shall see.

- Well cgbilling.com are still ignoring my emails. Still no refund in sight! Sending emails to visa as requested and they'll deal with it. Hopefully will get up off their lazy arses now! This company has to have the worst customer service on the internet!
