I was looking at our checking account online when I noticed a debit from this company for the amount of $49.95. I immediately asked my wife Brenda if she knew anything about this and she said she did not know anything about this debit. On 12/06/2011 I contacted this company by phone at 10:50 AM and spoke with a foreign woman named Jennifer. She checked my name and my wife's name, our phone numbers, our address and said she had no record of us having an account with them. Therefore she could not do anything. I told her I wanted my money back immediately and she told me there was nothing she could do. I then told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor and in a few seconds a foreign gentleman named Nick was speaking with me. I told him I wanted my money back and he told me there was no account under my name and therefore could not give me my money back. I told Nick I wanted to speak to his supervisor and he said his supervisor does not talk on the phone to anyone. I said okay then I wanted to talk to the owner of the company and he told me he does not talk to anyone on the phone either. This charge came through my wife's card, so we immediately cancelled her card and had to pay another $5.00 fee to do this.
