Tony Smart and Vernessa ? with I-Fortuity contacted in the year of 2009 offering me an online business opportunity with their company. I invested $4000.00 with this company. Mr. Smart and Ms. Vernessa gave me the run around. I spoke with I-Fortuity's attorney Donald W. Hudspeth Law Firm. Chris Rezagholic, an attorney for I-Fortuity verbalized he could not discuss their client with me because their firm was representing I-Fortuity. I spoke Carol Files and Regina Aguilar who also gave me false hope. I then, contacted the BBB and The Attorney General of Pheonix Arizonia and gave them my statment. I had no success with them either. As time prolong itself, I then received a call from Chris Hodge in June of 2011 who introduced himself as working with a company by the name of Virtual Employment who had bought the soft ware of I-Fortuity. Mr. Hodge verbalized I-Fortuity had scammed their clients out a lots of money and he was their to help me to get started to getting monthly residuals from my business. Mr. Hodge had promised me I would be getting around $2000.00 for the first month however; I needed to send him $1000.00 to add to my $4000.00 and this would put me at the Global market. Mr. Hodge requested that I wire him the money and within a few days I would be receiving my first check. And Mr. Chris also verbalized to me if I wanted to sell my Global website I could sell it for $45000.00 because he knew of a friend who would buy my website from me. So far, everything sounded great. Just as soon as I wired the money to Mr. Hodge he reported his Dr. had diagnosed him with cancer. Mr. Hodge several weeks later reported he was in the hospital when I called him and he was a difficult time with the chemo treatment. Mr. Hodge texted me describing he had fallen down from his stairs at home and he was a really bad shape and he had a pipe down his throat and he couldn't talk to me but he would be in touch with me when is release from the hospital. I spoke with the secretary with Virtual Employment and she again told numerous lies. I received a rude email from the company requesting I stop calling their company tying up their phone lines. I am requesting a refund because I borrowed the money from the bank with a lien.
