- I just had the same thing happen to me. When I called the number I was on hold for over 20 minutes and then was prompted to leave a message for someone to call back. I called them back again and after about 10 minutes got someone who hardly spoke english to tell me that it is a "one time" processing fee that I agreed to when inquiring and filling out information for a small short term loan. The are the third party who places you with the companies offering the loans. I never took a loan nor signed documents for a loan yet they are able to utilize a processing fee. I am beyond livid but I did fill in the form therefore have no one to blame but myself. Do not ever use these online services they will get you for everything they can.
