My account was first credited by ILENDER NETWORK four times for four small fees; the first being for five cents, and then for three cents, and then twice for once cent each. I didn't even catch those charges until i noticed the $30.00 fee that came out of nowhere a week later. I called the number 866-210-1236 and waited on hold until i finally could speak to someone. They claimed that it was a fee for a loan application because i was pre-approved and it was pretty much a holding fee: What a joke; i don't even believe that story. I told them to refund the money and he tried to pass off by only refunding the $30.00, which would take up to 3-7 business days. I called back and had to have him refund the ten cents out of the morality behind it all. They (However many of them that there are, if there is more than one) are scam artists. I am reporting them to my bank still because i am wary of the refunds which will take '3-7' business days; he even tried to coax me out of that: "There's no need to go to your bank and file a complaint," he says, without me having even brought the topic of my bank up at all. Within the guys first few words directly after he picked up the phone, he says something along the lines of, "Mr. Canady please before you get angry or respond with any violent behavior, please just let me explain why you have been credited for thirty dollars. Please just listen to me, and then i will listen to you." So then out of common courtesy (Which they clearly lack), I listened only to be fed the BS story about the loan application holding fee. It's a scam, just like everyone says. A bunch of sorry excuses for human beings out to take other people's things because they could not make anything legitimate out of themselves. I almost wanted to give them the ten cents; I pitied them. It was like a starving dog begging at my feet.
