I ordered a wedding dress from this company and it was a total disaster. It arrived late and I had to postpone my wedding and lost all my deposits that I put out for the wedding. The dress was sewn in very very poor poor quality. The crinolin was ripped, and area of the dress that measured appox 14 in long was not sewn, the arms of the dress was too tight on one side and too big on the other side. The beadings were falling off. It looked like something a new seamstress would sew. It was absolutely terrible. They charged me $25 for a box that I never received, the garment bag zipper was broken and ripped. It cost me over $200 to return the dress. I contacted them 24 hrs of receiving the dress and sent them a total of 54 emails and they just gave me excuse after excuse. They offered to pay me half the dress which is ridiculous. I paid in my opinion way to much money for a dress that was extremely poorly made. I would never have worn this dress. It did not look like the picture at all. They caused me a lot of mental stress and lots of money. If I could have afforded it i would have retained a lawyer to try to rectify this problem. I will never deal with this company again also known as perimart also. This has been going on since April 2011. And all I got was an apology. What about all my mental aggevation they caused me. I will never order anything from them again. They are nothing but scammers!!!!!!!!!
