never authorized, talk to bank, put a stop payment for future transactions, although the bank tells me that they have a way of getting around this and if it happens again I will have to change account completely. The bank is investigating and i hope I will get my 30.00 back...Also, I am trying to call the company...but as i see so many new complaints about this company I am guessing we are all calling at the same time, so not getting through after being on hold for a long time...If I had not caught this in time, my rent check would have bounced!!!! - Yea dude, this girl claimed her name was Shiva or something. She would not stop trying to get me to do the loan so asked her "what if I took the money and closed my account?" What would you do then???" She was at a loss for words. That call center must be a horrible place to work!! We have to keep emailing scambook to get them to get a lawsuit together!! I already did! Good luck to ya!

- I reported this company to the FBI via IC3.gov. They handle internet fraud and scams.
